I hope that everyone remains well and that you’ve enjoyed a reasonably pleasant Easter break!
Many thanks to the staff who volunteered to work this week with SB and TC. I’m sure that both young people enjoyed their time in school.
Also thankyou to all staff who have confirmed their availability to work next week.
Please see the rotas below. As you can see we are providing limited provision for 13 students for two short days each week. Appropriate PPE will be provided (please make sure you have looked at the PPE training video) and individual risk assessments are being prepared for all students who are attending next week. Class teachers will be asked to contribute to these new proformas from Monday onwards.
Staff on the rota are working two sessions of two hours or one session of four hours during the course of the week depending on the needs of the students. Staff working for four hours will have a 20 minute break during the course of the day. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session begins for a staff briefing in the hall.
These arrangements will be reviewed prior to the second week of the summer term.
If your name is not on the rota, please do not worry as it is highly likely that we will use you the following week if you are able to work.
Please remember that there are training materials on the website and the expectation is that all staff (except those who are sick) spend some time working at home going through these and where appropriate complete any other work that has been requested including spring term MAPP assessments.
In the meantime every good wish for a pleasant weekend.
